Rapid Proof Of Concept

Turning an idea into reality can present a minefield of delays, unexpected costs and wasted effort if not approached correctly. We have developed a simple but lean and efficient methodology for proving the concept that allows the results to be quickly but reliably incorporated into the working prototype design.

In summary, our approach breaks this phase of the project into six key steps

• Working with you to understand and ariculate the requirements specification
• Identiifying the hardware and firmware building blocks required
• Agreeing a realistic time scale to demonstrate the Proof Of Concept
• Allocating the appropriate technical resource
• Assembling and configuring the required building blocks
• Testing and demonstrating the design framework in action

Once the Proof Of Concept is signed off, we incorporate the modules and build a working prototype
