Project Management and Governance

When we take on the full end to end development project we instigate a formal project tracking and reporting regime with agreed time scales and deliverables. A typical project will result in the following deliverables:

• The Design Requirements Specification
• A project report issued at agreed intervals
• The Proof Of Concept demonstration
• The circuit schematic diagram
• The PCB layout diagram and Gerber manufacturing files
• A minimum of one prototype PCB
• The component Bill Of Materials
• The source code for the firmware or device drivers for the hardware
• The documentation pack containing all device Data Sheets
• The formal EMC Accreditation Certificate issued by the appropriate UK testing authority
