SmartSentry is an Android client-server application that is in constant dialogue with any number of Axis® cameras monitoring your assets. The SmartSentry module running on each camera constantly checks against pre-configured rules and alerts your security staff with an immediate snapshot to their smartphone or tablet when certain rules are violated. This ensures that your security team are fully informed even when they are away from the surveillance bridge. Optimising the use of your network resources while at the same time ensuring that critical events are not overlooked.
